For the history of Hendor prior to 4635: Kingdom of Hendor

The Earldom of South Hendor is a province in the Turamzzyrian Empire. Originally part of the Kingdom of Hendor, South Hendor was incorporated after an Imperial campaign against the Ice Queen Issyldra to reconquer Hendor between 4635 and 4638. South Hendor has two main cities, Waterford and Nydds. Nydds is presently the scholastic center of the Turamzzyrian Empire and also the location of one of the largest monasteries of the Order of Voln.
